Ceremonies like the Academy Awards can always expect a wardrobe malfunction to happen, whether it’s on the red carpet, at the ceremony or during the after parties.But Maria Menounos’ ensemble looked like a disaster waiting to happen before she was even on her way to the occasion. The Dancing With The Stars alumni looked great in a bright pink bandeau floor-length gown which she wore with her hair in a bouffant style. The brunette had to take on an awkward position as she got in the car to make her way to the ceremony though as the design was somewhat uncomfortable for her. The Extra presenter posted alongside an Instagram picture: ‘This is how I have to sit in the car..the dress has a bustier that's stabbing me! Hahah.’She explained that choosing and trying on the frock was not done in the most traditional way, meaning she wouldn’t be able to see the predicament coming.

Can't wait to show y'all my @simonGjewelry on the red carpet.’The 44-year-old is part of a music mix performance which will take place at the end of the ceremony and spent the day before rehearsing.
